“Merchandising Developer Supervisor "
The incumbent will report to On Premise Trade Marketing Manajer and will be mainly responsible for
* Identifying key drivers to boost up brand visibility
* Delivering effective consumer activation in various types of outlets
* Ensuring merchandising units placed in outlets are maintained as per required quality standard at all times.
* Providing action plan on unit quality maintenance action standards.
Education and working experience
* Graduation from prominent university (minimum GPA 2.75)with a bachelor degree in economic. Business Administration, Social Science, and Industrial Engineering
* Minimum 2 years experiance in the similar position from fast moving Consumer Goods of Multinational Company.
Knowledge, skills, and attitude regirements
* Good Knowledge and experience of trade marketing and merchandising
* Familiar with various customer activation program
* Good english proficiency
* Able to make business corespondence
* Excellent selling and negotiation skill
* Excellent creative problem solver
* Good relationship and networking with various trade marketing channel
* Individual Team Player
Channel Developer Supervisor Post Date: 16 Jul 07
The incumbent will report to Foods Service Channel Manajer and will be mainly responsible for
* Identify channel universe, contribute to set channel priorities.
* Negotiate on agreement and maintain long term relationship with outlets.
* Develop relevant trade promotion (in store POS placement) and consumer activation to generate brand presence and sales increase.
* Develop account profile and monitor account performance in line with previously defined target.
* Providing report on market trend and competitor activities to internal BAU team and recommend action plan.
Education and working experience :
* Graduation from prominent university (minimum GPA 2.75)with a bachelor degree in economic. Business Administration, Social Science, and Industrial Engineering
* Minimum 2 years experiance in the similar position from fast moving Consumer Goods of Multinational Company.
Knowledge, skills, and attitude regirements :
* Good Knowledge in retail distribution environment , preferably those involving education institutions
* Solid experience in building brand presence & consumer activation through retail
* Strong interpersonal & negotiation capabilities
* Good english proficiency
* Able to make business corespondence
* Excellent creative problem solver
* Individual Team Player
