PLANNING & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (PA – SPV)

Job Description :
* Responsible for day to day general accounting activities, include ensuring integrity and timeliness of accounting information.
* Responsible for preparing and coordinating financial report, include budget and forecast preparation.

Requirements :
* S1 from reputable university major in Accounting with min. GPA 3.00
* At least 3 – 5 years experience and 1 year experience in supervising.
* Fluent in English & PC literate
* Pleasant personality & good communication skills

IMPORT SUPPORT SERVICE ASSISTANT (ISS-Asst)

Job Description :
* Monitoring import shipment by tracing and updating the status day to day
* Handling all import documentation for clearance process
* Communicate with customer and origin about custom clearance process and also handling their complaint
* Preparing billing note and monitoring delivery of the shipment
* Maintaining filing system

Requirements :
* S1 from reputable university major in Management Transport i.e. STMT, AVIASI with min. GPA 3.00
* Experiences min 2 year as customer service in Freight forwarding company will be an advantageous
* Fluent in English & PC literate
* Pleasant personality & good communication skills
