Business Analyst – Banking (Code: BA – B)
Role and responsibilities :
* Translating user's needs into information system features and functionalities.
* Developing system design specification, focusing on banking or financial related systems.
* Managing small to medium scale projects.
Requirements :
* Hold Bachelor Degree majoring in Management Information System or Engineering.
* Have a minimum of 1 year of related experience; having excellent portfolio of delivered systems.
* Have extensive knowledge in banking and or financial information systems.
* Able to gather requirements and translate the requirements into structured system / software specification.
* Able to develop user interface specification.
* Have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
* Fast learning and able to work under pressure.
* Having knowledge of database, data warehousing, messaging, and other related technologies is an advantage.
Software Tester (Code: ST)
Role and responsibilities :
* Plans and executes software testing activities.
* Works with project team members to ensure that everything works according to the specifications.
* Tracks and reports product issues / defects / bugs.
Role and responsibilities :
* Hold Bachelor Degree majoring in Management Information System or Engineering.
* Have a minimum of 1-2 year of related experience; preferably experienced in leading software tester team.
* Understand various types of tests and testing methodologies including functional testing, user-interface (UI) testing, stress testing, etc
* Quality oriented, organized, systematic person and must have good attention to details.
* Able to identify, report, and communicate product issues.
* Fast learning and able to work under pressure.
* Able to identify major issues to prioritize and maximize fixing effort.
* Having experience as software developer is an advantage.
