Job Accountabilities :
The incumbent has to plan, conduct, analyze and provide reports to Route to Market project leader. He / She also has to actively involve with team to coordinate and gather information related to route to market project. Beside that he / she has to lead, conduct and compile census / survey from retailers and fleets based on territorial basis. Provide accurate & clear information to route to market project team for the team to develop better plans, strategies & tactics.

Jobs Requirements :

* Experience minimum 1(one) year in related position on Sales / Marketing Dept

Staff Engineering Managers (Code: SEM)

Job Accountabilities :

The incumbent has to assist Engineering Manager to Organize, control, and support Plant Preventive maintenance activities. The purpose is to assure machines preventive maintenance run 100 % of scheduled time, its used correct spare parts, reduce maintenance cost and produce quality product. The incumbent also has to carries out a variety of tasks of administrative nature as required by Engineering Manager and to improve environment, health & safety also handling hazardous material and waste

Jobs Requirements :
* Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring on Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
* Experience at least 6 (six) years in related position at Engineering Department
* Good knowledge of Engineering and maintenance
* Have strong managerial ability and good listener
* High integrity, honest, Energetic, enthusiastic, initiative, smart & hard working Excellent in both interpersonal & communication skills
* Strong analytical capability and could work on the technical subject directly
* Computer Literate
* Commendable proficiency in English both oral & written is a must

Technical Service Engineer (Code: T/S Eng)

Job Accountabilities :
T/S Engineer is responsible for a group of products, writing specifications, processing check tires, and releasing new product to factory and do it within conducive environment, health & safety. Production-ensuring that all design and test criteria are compiled with. He/she maintains local working specification and works on continuous improvements on product he/she is assigned to.

Jobs Requirements :
* Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, Majoring in Mechanical Engineering
* Experience minimum one-year assessment as Technical Service Engineer preferable experience on tire or chemical industry.
* Have experience in inline product design
* Computer skill (Microsoft Office, DPICS, APICS)
* Understand how to read specification, understand how to re-design tire construction and troubleshooting problem related to design
* Team work player & strong personalities
* Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results, can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
* Good interpersonal skills
* Good English, both oral & written
* Have none physical consideration
