Job Description :
* To conduct selection process & induction program for new employee.
* To manage competency based management & assessment process.
* To conduct panel review for probationary and promotion employee
Job Requirement :
* S1 Psychology from reputable University (Preferable has completed professional Psychology Program)
* Board knowledge and skill of psychological assessment tools
* Minimum 1 years experience
* Proficiency in English both oral & written
* Self motivated & proactive
* Good interpersonal & communication skill
* Computer literacy
OPERATION OFFICER (OP)
IMMEDIATELY REQUIRED
Job Responsibilities :
* Monitoring vessel operation
* Dealing with port agent
* Handling vessel documents
* Ensuring transportation timeliness
Job Requirement :
* Bachelor Degree from Marine Transportation Management/ Port Shipping and Management/Business /Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale)
* Broad knowledge about shipping practice
* Proficiency in English both oral and written(Mandarin, Japanese is an advantages)
* Self motivated & proactive
* Good interpersonal & communication skill
* Computer literate
GENERAL AFFAIR STAFF (GA)
IMMEDIATELY REQUIRED
Job Responsibilities :
* Handling data for GA project
* Maintain HSE project & documentation
* Infrastructure & electrical maintenance
Job Requirement :
* Bachelor Degree from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale)
* High attention to detail
* Experiences in GA will be an advantage
* Flexible & multitasking
* Proficiency in English both verbal and written
* Computer literate
* Self motivated & continuous learning oriented
* Good interpersonal & communication skill
