Agency Manager (Liaison Officer for Lifesource)
Responsible for generating new business through active involvement in the sales process as well as expansion of professional sales force. Able to build solid and strong agency force that can provide significant contribution to the company.
The candidate should :
* Hold at least a bachelor (or S1) degree of any discipline
* 1 – 2 years experience in insurance agency is essential.
* Good command and written of English is essential
* High standard of communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-initiating and result oriented
* Able to motivate agents to achieve best production target
Claims Staff (CS)
Responsible for handling all line of claims, include automobile, property and engineering
The candidate should :
* Hold at least bachelor (or S1) degree of any discipline
* 1-2 years insurance experience in handling insurance claims would be essential
* Good command and written of English is essential
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure
* High standard of communication and interpersonal skills
* Self initiating and result oriented
Finance and Accounting Staff (FAS)
Responsible for finance and accounting process in Branch Office. Able to ensure that the finance and accounting process are done properly and according to the procedures set by Head Office.
The candidate should :
* Hold at least bachelor (or S1) degree of Accounting or Management
* 1-2 years insurance experience in Finance and Accounting is essential
* Good command and written of English is essential
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure
* High standard of communication and interpersonal skills
* Self initiating and result oriented
Front Counter Staff (FCS)
Responsible to provide excellent customer services to all walk in customer.
The candidate should :
* Hold at least bachelor (or S1) degree of any discipline
* 1-2 years insurance experience in customer service is essential
* Customer service oriented
* Good command and written of English is essential
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure
* High standard of communication and interpersonal skills
* Self initiating and result oriented
Agency Coordinator (AC)
Responsible for generating new business through active involvement in sales process as well as expansion of professional sales force. Able to build and strong agency force that can provide significant contribution to the branch office income growth.
The candidate should :
* Hold at least bachelor (or S1) degree of any discipline
* 1-2 years insurance experience in insurance agency is essential
* Able to motivate agents to achieve best production budget
* Good command and written of English is essential
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure
* High standard of communication and interpersonal skills
* Self initiating and result oriented
