Reports to : Shift Manager, Karawang Plant
Location : Karawang Plant
Summary of accountabilities :
Manage production teams and coordinate the production process with the aim to consistently produce products at the right time, quality, quantity, and cost.
Position Requirements :
· Bachelor degree or having an extensive experience in manufacturing function
· Good knowledge of manufacturing technology, quality standards, hygiene, and work safety (GMP, ISO, HACCP)
· Demonstrate strong leadership skills
· Able to effectively deliver messages to all levels within the company
· Having a good English proficiency will be an advantage
· Willing to work in Karawang Plant
