Required Qualifications and Skills:

§ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor ‘s Degree in Psychology with GPA 2.75
§ At least 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (but fresh graduates with relevant background are also welcome)

§ Able to follow through on actions with sense of urgency and keep confidentiality

§ A self-motivated, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment

§ High accuracy, customer service attitude, helpful and discipline

§ Highly motivated and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

§ Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills

§ Ability to commit for 6 months (contract subject to extension)

§ Ability to start work immediately

Strategic Team Leader (BPR Team Leader)

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing the review of existing process flows “end-to-end” across the bank to ensure the most effective and efficient processes are in place that will provide the best customer service possible.

· Co-ordinating the review, design and implement of new process flows for any new bank product or service introduced

· Supervise team members in assisting business in the planning and preparation of business and functional requirements from “as is” to “should be”

· Directing team members to provide high quality business process analysis and solutions on “end-to-end” process and issue reviews.

· Organize the communication with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.

· Monitor all questions and inquiries from internal clients regarding operations and procedures are resolves and answers.

· Promote risk, control awareness and compliance requirements through out the Bank.

· Manage stakeholders, coordinate and drive meetings.

· Supervise the execution and/or support the business in UAT, including preparation of test matrices, test plans, etc. when implementing new processes or resolving known issues in the bank.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Economic or Finance from reputable university with IPK > 3.00.

· Minimum of 3 years banking experience in banking back-office environment

· Good leadership skill, communication, people management and interpersonal skills.

· Good judgment and problem solving skills.

· Have sound knowledge of Banking Products, Processes and Systems.

· Proactive, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment

· High accuracy, excellent administration skills and demonstrate high service attitude

· Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English

· Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

· Able to conceptualise and think creatively
