Internal Auditor (Aud)

Requirements

Min. Bachelor degree from reputable University, majoring accounting
*
*
GPA min. 3,00
*
Maximum age 30 years old
*
Having min. 1 years experience in banking industry in similar position or audit consultant
*
Able to work independently as well as a team
*
Good in interpersonal/communication skill, and ability to deal with people from all levels
*
Fluent in English both written and spoken

SENIOR LEGAL OFFICER (SLO)

Requirements

*
Hold minimum Bachelor degree, majoring in Law from reputable university
*
Minimum GPA: 3,00
*
Maximum age 30 years old
*
Having minimum 3 years experience in banking industry or law firm
*
Experience in handling corporate banking loan/syndicated facility
*
Solid knowledge in legal basic and banking regulations/procedures
*
Able to work independently as well as a team
*
Fluent in English both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

*
To analyze the structure of the corporate loan/syndicated facility
*
To make legal review for corporate loan/syndicated facility in regard to the covenants and securities
*
To draft legal documentation in regards to the corporate loan/syndicated facility
*
To conduct legal audit in branches
*
To make/review legal opinion
*
To support and supervise legal officers in branches
