Major duties :
To provide the services and execute the customer service duty, keep and improved customer satisfaction in using product and services.

Requirements:

Coverage Development Supervisor

Reporting to Manager of Sales Coverage Development Nation Wide.


Major responsibilities include the following:
· In building and outdoor coverage capacity improvement and expansion new POS to serve regional sales team for supporting their selling activity
· In building and outdoor coverage analysis for searching potential area in every regional sales
· In building and outdoor coverage evaluation for the BTS under utilization and drive to optimize them
· In building and outdoor coverage update for new BTS On Air Weekly and BTS Performance (Load, Dropped Call, Activation) Monthly

· In building and outdoor coverage planning to make sure the condition located in the right area and synchronize with regional sales plan

The successful profile will be having:

IT APPLICATION ENGINEER STAFF

Reporting to IT Application Supervisor


Major responsibilities include the following:

Area Sales Managers (Medan, Lampung)

Reporting to the VP – Region, you will be taking care of all of the full sales aspect within your assigned area, from its planning, organizing, actuating until the controlling. It would mainly include ensuring the sales performance, and managing and guiding the sales force.

In details, you will be taking care of:

Planning and formulating aspects of research activities, including objective or purpose of project, designing the research, as well as applications that follows from findings

Continuously collecting business intelligence on market and competitors trends as well as end-users understanding and behavior trends

Division Head of CRM

Reporting to the Chief Of Marketing & Strategy, the Division Head of CRM is responsible for planning, executing, refining and measuring CRM programs by working with a variety of organizational functional departments. The incumbent is responsible for providing functional expertise and leadership that will enable the division to execute its annual programs as well as meet annual goals and objectives. Major responsibilities include the following:

Planning both short and long term strategic objectives for CRM programs
*
Continually building and refining knowledge base for customer base, including annual Situational Assessment and Marketing Plan for assigned segment
*
Assessing competition and category dynamics, analyzing customer needs and identifying market opportunities
*
Developing CRM programs (including development of concept, strategy, targeting, execution and ongoing program management that are consistent with CRM goals and objectives)
*
Managing day to day responsibilities of specialist assigned to team, directing Customer Analytics activities in the execution and measurement of CRM programs, and working with other line managers in the marketing to develop new products and promotions that drive segment equity

To be successful in the position, you would have the following requirements:

Main Duties:

To plan production of starter pack and handset based on forecast, resources, raw material, and schedule

To control and monitor production process based on SOP

To manage and maintain raw materials until finished product

Responsible for data accuracy of raw material

To provide monthly report concerning all monitoring of production planning & control scope
