The qualifications are:

University graduate, in Industrial Engineering / Economics / with minimum GPA 3.00

Good working knowledge of computer system (Excel, Access, and Power Point)
*
Good analytical and problem solving skills
*
Good communication skills
*
Ability to communicate in English
