Business Analyst Officer (Oil&Gas)
Main Role
* To responsible for a full rane of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit. The business analyst will design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.
* To track and analyze business unit trends and make appropriate recommendations
* To be a Project Officer and support a number of key projects for the business units
Job Descriptions
* Market analysis (e.g. size, growth, threats, competitors, external threats, cost drivers, innovation, strategy)
* Develop benchmarking of the Company performance against peers and competitors within oil and gas industry
* Business improvement: implement identified business improvement initiatives
* Develop detail financial models, including sensitivity analysis on potential oil & gas investments
* Assist with acquisition reviews, due dilligence on M&A opportunities
Criteria
* Has 3 to 5 years experience in oil & gas business
* Business understanding in oil & gas, from upstream to downstream
* S1 from Engineering (preferred from Petroleum Engineer). Overseas MBA would be an advantage
