Coordinator HSE Project

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
• Coordinate, support and advice to Project Management Team related HSE matter.
• Interface with Project Management Team as HSE representative.
• Socialize HSE Management system, HSE Standard Manual and other international safety standard.
• Coordinate with competence person to conducting risk assessment, HAZOP, HAZID.
• Facilitate to develop Project HSE Plan together with Project Management Team and approve Contractor HSE Plan. Ensure the HSE Plan is consistent with COPI Policy and HSE management System.
• Ensure and monitoring COPI Project HSE Plan and contractor HSE Plan are implemented during project activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate Project HSE Meeting.
• Coordinate and Obtain advice from all section within HSE department related safety matter on project.
• Monitor HSE competency Project Management Team meet COPI requirement and provide Project HSE training matrix fro Project management Team personnel
• Coordinate incident investigation with contractor, provide solution and problem solving in HSE matter and monitor site HSE performance from contractor.
• Provide advice related to HSE issues on site project activities.
• Communicate safety lesson learned, HSE goal and objective, Project HSE Plan to contractor and Project management Team.
• Coach and mentor HSE Advisor Project to ensure the efficient and effective transfer knowledge and information.
• Coordinate all field HSE Advisor Project to ensure consistent and effective HSE Programs through out COPI.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Having a minimum S-1 degree in Engineering/Technical or Occupational Safety, Health or Environment.
• 5 years experience in Occupational Health and Safety within Oil and Gas industry.
• Have experience in leading/supervising team.
• Have basic understanding of oil and gas operation
• Extensive knowledge of government of Indonesia HSE regulations and international HSE code, practices and standards (API, NFPA, OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• Familiar in developing and implementing HSE Management System.
