1.IT Specialist - IBM System-i (Code: ITS)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Main Responsibility:
* An individual contributor responsible for providing I/T services in a billable project/engagement or providing technical support in a sales organization.
* Position Summary:
* As a member of a team, performs a technical role in support of the solution construction, implementation, and system integration in a technology/industry specialty or product sales. The I/T Specialist assists in delivery of high quality solutions to clients in response to specific business requirements. Develops technical skills and absorbs professional knowledge quickly. Performs assigned technical tasks including study, analysis, programming, product installation, test and system integration. The I/T Specialist has some specific product-, technology- or industry-related specialized skills and works with proposals, requirements, designs, implementations and production projects/engagements. May use tools to analyze and implement portions of a customer solution.
* The I/T Specialist provides analytical support necessary to develop and implement solutions for small to medium size projects, or components/elements of larger projects.
Requirements:
* Strong technical skills of IBM system-i /AS400 IBM Server with 1-3 years experiences in handling IBM system-i/AS 400.
* In depth understanding and is able to apply basic knowledge of information technology and associated tools of their technical specialty to support attainment of team and department objectives.
* Demonstrates required Associate I/T Specialist proficiencies in technical skills which comes from a reputable university (minimum of Bachelor degree) with a technical degree.
* Good teaming and is able to take ownership.

4.Category Buyer of Marketing & Communication (Code: CB/Markcomm)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Main Responsibility:
* On Business Transforation Organization (BTO) procurement engagements, responsible for development of regional, or country sourcing category strategies to ensure individual BTO contract deliverables are met or exceeded. Some of the tasks include:
* Develop and manage individual or multiple category sourcing plans for specific BTO contracts;
* Develop an extended matrix team (regional) to support the requirements of the engagement(s);
* Interface with the client on the category specific strategic sourcing objectives in Marketing & Sales;
* Responsible for the execution of contract requirements related to the assigned category; and
* Active reporting to project and procurement leadership team on status, issues, and corrective actions.
* The contract of hire will be under IBM Indonesia and you will be assigned in our customer’s side which is a prominent Consumer Goods Multinational Company. You will be responsible in implementing good business practice and current practices of IBM to our customer’s business process accordingly to give an added value in our customer’s side.
* Organizational Alignment: Business direction and responsibility aligned to Sourcing Project Manager (SPM) for each individual engagement. Functionally, reports to and takes direction from the geography sourcing leader.
Requirements:
* Minimum of bachelor degree with good educational background and comes from a reputable university.
* Minimum of 5 years proven professional experience.
* Proficient level in Lotus suite/MS-office (eps. Excel)
* Self-Motivating. Must be able to work independently and have demonstrated strong personal initiative.
* English as the primary language; multi-lingual skills a plus.
* Extensive travel (including travel outside home country) will be required with extended periods away from home.
* Procurement Acumen:
* Proven procurement professional with experience and leadership in Marketing & Sales category and previous exposure to client facing engagements.
* Category knowledge. Current working knowledge of IBM specific council strategies in Marketing & Sales in targeted indirect or direct categories.
* Negotiations. Development of negotiation strategies (local and international) and successful closure of documented plans.
* Supplier Relationships. Experience in working with multiple suppliers in development of win/win sourcing strategies.
* Leadership. Council or sub-council leadership or sourcing management experience
* Network. Ability to operate in a matrix organization and interact with a variety of IBM procurement professionals (council members, consultants, BTO team members) across geographies
* Tools. Knowledge of IBM based procurement tools and systems as well as procurement techniques (i.e. reverse auctions)
* Business Acumen:
* Project and Risk Management. Must have the ability to develop concurrent detailed project plans and execute against these plans.
* Client Interaction. Client insight and experience in conveying messages in an external environment as well as managing conflict internally and externally.
* Workplace Tools. Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project).
* Business Process. Knowledge of procurement processes and management information needed by SPM to manage internal IBM and client expectations.
* Reliability. Proven track record on prior projects. Must be able to execute in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
