HELP DESK OFFICER
Qualifications:
* Female
* Minimum D3 from IT / Computer Science
* Minimum 1-2 years experience
* Good in analytical and oriented to end user
* Good communication skill
Job Scope:
* To manage and handle call from end user for troubleshooting HW/SW at head office or regional site
* To assign the person IT for handle problem on HW/SW at head office or regional site
* To manage and summary the documentation for the paper works for activity help desk
* To maintain and monitor for the latest status request troubleshooting and follow up / escalate the issue if the progress is stop or not clear
* To maintain and manage request user for create new account, disable account, etc
Special Requirements:
* Familiar with the operating system (i.e Microsoft 2000, 2003 and XP), office automation (i.e Microsoft Office 2003, Exchange and Outlook 2000 or
* Have experience with network and cabling system for category 5/6 and FO
* Understand about TCP/IP concept
* Experience with the methodology how to sweep the virus on local and networks
* Familiar with networking concept and cabling system

* Having customer handling experience in telecommunication will be an advantage
* Proficient in English

Responsibilities:
* Directs the entire operations of the walk in center unit
* Manages policies, procedures and operating structures and set standards and guidelines
* Troubleshoots and resolves non-routine customer complaints
* Monitors and controls the work quality of the subordinates to ensure the work unit’s targets are achieved
* Ensure the opportunities/issues in his/her work unit are quickly identified and exercised
* Continuously searches and proposed cost efficiency or productivity enhancement initiatives to the superior
* Develops, motivates, and evaluates subordinates’ performance to ensure the achievement of skills, knowledge and competencies’ target
* Continually reviews walk in center service alignment with marketing plans
