Responsible for :
Recruitment, training & career development, compensation & benefits, industrial relation.
Requirements :
* Min. S1 in Psychology from reputable university.
* Min. 1 year exp. as HR Supervisor (for HRS); or min. 1 years exp. in recruitment, conducting & organizing training (for HRO), preferably from IT industry is an advantage.
* Have a good knowledge in psycho diagnostics & used to conduct psychological assessment is an advantage.
* Have a good knowledge and capable in handling industrial & employee relations.
* Excellent in both interpersonal and communication skill.
* Adaptability to dynamic environment, creative and able to work under pressure.
* Able to speak & written in English.
* Computer literate is a must.
