PT SMART Tbk. is an integrated palm-based consumer company under the umbrella of SINAR MAS GROUP, one of well established conglomerate in Indonesia.
The company owns and manages plantations, mills and refineries which manufactured branded and unbranded cooking oil, branded margarine and shortening. SMART's products are divided into three categories Retail, Industrial and Bulk. Retail products are designed for household consumption. Whereas industrial products are aimed at supplying noodle factories, confection factories, bakeries, fast food chains, hotels, hospitals, restaurants, and so forth. The latter category fetches the premium gross margin as customer requirements are tailor-made to specifications. The branded products cater not only for local but also for international consumption. Finally, bulk products are unbranded and unpacked goods targeted for mass consumption.
Whilst for our upstream operation, we implement an on-going plantation expansion program and concurrently replanting the old or less productive trees. The integrated structure within the company has ensured good quality and steady supply of raw material, CPO, for its product requirement at a competitive cost.
The company has embarked into an extensive research and development program both at refineries and at plantation areas to optimize the plantation output in order to cope with the growing demand of our products.

1. Posses S1 in Teknik Elektro (Degree in Electrical Power Engineering)
2. Attended training course in design, maintenance and site supervision for electrical works
# Working Experience:
1. As a process or maintenance engineer in palm oil mill or heavy industries
2. As a design electrical engineer with an establised Consulting Engineer
3. As a Project Manager / Site Manager for an established electrical contracting company
4. Can plan, design, implement, complete and commission LV / MV electrical Installations
# Other Requirements:
1. Like to perform tasks related to engineering and projects
2. Posses good technical skill
3. Possess good communication skills
4. Skilful in writing technical reports
5. Can make simple presentations
6. A good team player
7. Posses analytical mind and attention to details
8. Has no costraint in travel
INSPECTION OFFICER

2. Preferably attended some courses in service and maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery
3. D3 Diploma applicants must have 6 years working experience in palm oil mills or heavy industries; at least 3 years in Maintenance / Enggineering Works
# Working Experience (S1 Qualification):
1. Minimum 4 years working experience in palm oil mill or heavy industries
2. Of wich 2 years in Maintenance / Engineering Works
3. Supervise a team of Service Engineer and Technicians
4. Able to plan, design, implement, complete and commission LV / MV electrical instalations
# Other Requirements:
1. Like to Travel Without Any Form of Constraints
2. Good Communication Skills
3. Competent in Writing Effective Report
4. Confident in Making Presentations
5. Good in Inter-Personal Skills

2. Of wich 3 years in Maintenance / Engineering Works
3. Supervise a team of Service Engineer and Technicians
