VAS Development Supervisor
Job Summary
* Responsible in develop VAS Platform, Application and controlling Mobile-8’s VAS Content
* Taking action to enhance the services quality
Major Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist content partners to develop VAS Application and improve VAS services
* Coordinate to all parties for platform development ( both internal or external parties )
* Prepare Product Training Material & New Service documentation
* Enhance VAS Service quality
* Interact with Technical Department for platform implementation
* Interact with handset management department to make sure all platform, services & content application launched are compatible with some handset type
Requirements
* Male/Female
* Min. University Degree with Technical background
* Min. 3 years experience in telecommunication company (vendor or operator) or content provider background
* Having project management skill is highly recommended
* Familiar with systems and procedures of telecom operator
* Innovative, creative
* Good analytical thinking
* Service oriented
* Enjoy working in tight schedule & under pressure
* Proficient in English both oral & written
