Majoring: Teknik Sipil (Struktur)
Work Experience: Min 1 tahun di proyek pembangunan BTS
Age: Maks. 28 tahun

Requirement :

* Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (UI, ITB, UGM, UNDIP, ITS, UNAIR)

* IPK Min 2.75

* Dapat mengoperasikan software struktur SAP2000/etabs/staad 3/safe/x-steel/Steel CAD/Auto CAD

* Lebih diutamakan jika mampu mengoperasikan Software Ms. Tower

* Proaktif dan mampu bekerja dengan jadwal yang ketat

* Tidak takut terhadap ketinggian

* Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke luar kota

CUSTOMER RELATION (Account Manager)

Job Required :
Position: CUSTOMER RELATION (Account Manager)
Education Degree: S1
Work Experience: Min 2 tahun
Age: 22 – 30

Requirement :

* Memiliki jiwa petualang, risk taker, cekatan, good speed

* Memiliki pengalaman kerja dengan operator (Telkom, Telkomsel, Indosat, Mobile-8, WIN, dll.)

* Pengalaman di bidang sales/marketing

* Mampu menghadapi pressure

* Reputable University - Min GPA 2.75 (UI, ITB, UNPAD, UGM, UNDIP, ITS, UNAIR)

* Good performance, communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.

* Technical competencies: Good basic salesmanship & customer care, Computer & English literate.

Job Description:

* Sebagai konsultan bagi customer/operator

* Account management & menjaga hubungan baik dengan operator

* Presentasi tentang produk dan servis Indonesian Tower

* Negosiasi sesuai dengan kewenangan

* Mampu mempresentasikan progress secara rutin dengan customer/operator

PROPERTY RELATION OFFICER

Job Requirements :


* Must possess entirely good knowledge and experience in dealing with Building Management

* Min. 2 years working experience in Marketing

* Min. Bachelor Degree (Architecture Engineering), graduated from reputable university (UI, ITB, ITS, Trisakti)

* Min GPA 2.75

* Age 27 – 30 (Male)

* Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation & sales skill

* Hard worker & high motivated

* Well organized, can work both independently & in team work

* Must good writer & communication skills in English
