TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER (code: TSE1–Your Name)
(Contractual Based – 1 Year)
Position Purpose:
Supervise during installation of Electrical,
Instrument & Control (EI&C) and Insulation of 4 Unit HRSG (132 T/H) and also Alstom Site Representative during Commissioning and Start up of 4 unit HRSG (132 T/H)
1. Inspect installed the new 4 unit HRSG Boiler and complex auxiliary equipment.
2. Act as the technical services representatives with customers during installation of EI&C and insulation and also during commissioning & start up.
3. Establish procedures that coordinate with installation, commissioning and start up.
4. Coordinate with project engineer or project manager to determine the nature and scope of installation problems.
5. Have a working knowledge of the boiler and make sure that all activities in direct control conform to that program.
6. Perform other duties as requested by project manager or field service manager.
Job Requirement :
* Hold min. bachelor degree in physic engineering or electrical control engineering with four years experience in related work.
* Ability read drawing & Manula and to operate a personal computer with experience in spread sheet, Ms. Project, and Word processors.
* Ability to write concise technical reports
* Proficiency in English, both oral and written is compulsory.
* Have good attitude: discipline, responsible, manner toward other people, loyal, and has high motivation.
* Willing to be assigned to all Alstom's service area including Tangguh Papua.
Proposal Engineer
Key Accountabilities :
Accountable for complete proposal development covering commercial and technical aspects including contact throughout the bid process (pre bid, proposal and post bid). Development is prepared with limited assistance from Supervisor/Manager
Requirements :
Proposal Engineer (Surabaya)
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
2. Over 5 years of professional experience
3. Experience in sales fields or proposal engineering would be advantageous
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in Indonesia and English, computer literate
5. Deep understanding of terms and conditions, capable in preparing financial model
Sr. Proposal Engineer (Surabaya)
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
2. 5 to 10 years of professional experience covering technical and commercial sides of the business, half of which should be in field sales or proposal engineering in the area of power generation or EPC company
3. Able to generate bill of quantity for material, consumable and manpower based on available drawings and/or defined scope of equipment installation or repair works and subsequently produce cost estimation
4. Have a good understanding on power generation equipment; boilers, steam & gas turbine, generator, environmental products
5. Good command of English language (spoken and written)
6. Have a good understanding on contract terms & conditions
7. Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Environment, Health, And Safety Manager (EHSM) Post Date: 16 Apr 07
Key Accountabilities :
* Manage Environment Health and Safety (EHS) matters, conduct necessary monitoring and assessment of EHS programs compliance with Corporate guidelines as well with Government regulations
* To formulate, establish, maintain, and review EHS policies practices, planning, and implementation of EHS program within all work locations
* To ensure the EHS standard are well implemented and comply to Company’s audits requirement
Requirements :
* Degree in Engineering / Environment Health Safety background or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years experience in managerial level of all spectrum of EHS and having full knowledge of EHS requirements in Field/Operational
* Certified ISO 14000/OHSAS 18001 auditor or at least two years previous auditing experience and/or Lead Auditor certification or others auditor accreditation will be advantage
* Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills, mature with drive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Customer Manager for Industry (Code : CM - I)
Position Summary:
Incumbent will be responsible for following tasks :
* Map the industry market in Indonesia and the potential market for ALSTOM ECS solutions
* Identify opportunities for Environmental Control System on Indonesia Territory
* Develop relationship with main players in Industries and Indonesian Ministry of environment
* Liaise with ECS marketing and manufacturing unit
* Support bidding by units
Position Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree ( S-1 ) in commercial background
* Min. 10 years experience in Industries support related field
* Experience in sales and marketing preferably in an international company
* Full availability for local travelling
General Requirements :
* Fluent spoken and written communication skills in English
* Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and Data Entry)
* Good team working spirit
