VARIOUS POSITION AT PT.SMART Tbk (DOWNSTREAM DIVISION)

PT SMART Tbk. is an integrated palm-based consumer company under the umbrella of SINAR MAS GROUP, one of well established conglomerate in Indonesia.

The company owns and manages plantations, mills and refineries which manufactured branded and unbranded cooking oil, branded margarine and shortening. SMART's products are divided into three categories Retail, Industrial and Bulk. Retail products are designed for household consumption. Whereas industrial products are aimed at supplying noodle factories, confection factories, bakeries, fast food chains, hotels, hospitals, restaurants, and so forth. The latter category fetches the premium gross margin as customer requirements are tailor-made to specifications. The branded products cater not only for local but also for international consumption. Finally, bulk products are unbranded and unpacked goods targeted for mass consumption.

Whilst for our upstream operation, we implement an on-going plantation expansion program and concurrently replanting the old or less productive trees. The integrated structure within the company has ensured good quality and steady supply of raw material, CPO, for its product requirement at a competitive cost.
The company has embarked into an extensive research and development program both at refineries and at plantation areas to optimize the plantation output in order to cope with the growing demand of our products.

Quality Management Dept.Head
Position : QM Dept.Head
Level : Middle/Senior Manager
Placement : Belawan - Medan
Main Job :
1. Controll & garantee to all raw material product, work in process and finished product base on system
Halal, GMP, Food International Standar, HACCP & SMART specification.
2. Implemetation safety regulation & quality management.
3. Releasing & rejecting product base on inspection & test.
4. Reporting quality auditing report to head of refinery & management.
5. Controll validation report laboratory analyze.

Job Qualification :
1. University degree (min. Bachelor Degree) from Chemical/Food Technology.
2. Having relevan experience min. 10 years with min. 4 years at managerial level in food industry, preferable
from Palm Oil Refinery Industry.
3. Strong leadership, cooperative & good interpersonal skill
4. Proficient in English and good computer literate (MS.Word, Excel, Power Point).
6. Good knowledge & implementation quality management & safety regulation system in food industry.
5. Willing to be posted in Belawan - Medan.

HR System & Policies Dept.Head

Position : HR System, Policy, Operational & Services Dept. Head
Level : Senior Manager
Placement : HO - Jakarta

He/she will be responsible for areas such as :
a. Human Resource System, Policies & Procedures
b. Services (General Affairs)
c. Employee Administration
d. Compensation & Benefit
e. Organization Development

Job Qualification :
1. Male/Female, 35 - 45 years old
2. University graduate (min. Bachelor Degree) from any major.
3. Having relevan experience in HR area min. 12 years, with min. 5 years in managerial level.
4. Strong analytical skill, good interpersonal skill & strong leadership.
5. Proficient in English and good computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
