CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF (CSS)

Responsibilities:

* Handling customer, problem escalation and follow up, handling administration job.

Requirements:

* Male
* age 24 - 30 years old
* min D3 degree majoring IT/Computer Science
* min 1 year as Customer Ser-vice/ Call Center
* having experience in SAP will be advantage
* willing to work on shift
* familiar with Customer Service report
* customer oriented.

General Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia, independent, good team work, good communication skill, min. GPA 3.00, computer literate (esp. MS-Office).


FINANCE and ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (FAS)

Responsibilities:

* Analysing business transaction, supervising FS preparation, developing and maintaining accounting sys-tem and procedure, assisting financial statement preparation.

Requirements:

* Male/ female
* age 26 – 32 years old
* D3/S1 degree major in Accounting
* min 3 year experience, having strong knowledge in accounting & tax (Brevet A & B is an advantage)
* Ms. Excel skill is required
* having ability in SAP is an advantage
* willing to work under minimum supervision and tight dead line.
