CUSTOMER RELATION ASSISTANT (CRA)

The job descriptions :

* Receiving incoming & outgoing Call

* Receiving & Recording mails & Packages (Incoming & Outgoing)
* Welcoming guest

* Arrange daily courier / documents / package dispatch

Requirements :

* Female, maximum 26 years old

* Height Minimum : 175 cm (Weigh proportional)

* Good looking

* Minimum Diploma 3 of Secretarial School/PR/Tourism/English Literate/ABA/Administration.

* Minimum 1 year of experience as Customer Service/PR/Receptionist/GRO or related job with above position.

* Fresh graduates / Night Class Student are welcome

* Fluent in English (Spoken and Written) and Good Communication Skills

* Computer literate especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

* Willing to be placed in remote area (South Jakarta)

* Willing to work overtime and Shift System

RECEPTIONIST / TELEPHONE OPERATOR

The job descriptions :

* Receiving incoming & outgoing Call

* Receiving & Recording mails & Packages (Incoming & Outgoing)

* Receiving and Sending Fax letter

* Welcoming guest

* Reserve Meeting Room

* Arrange daily courier / documents / package dispatch

* Driver order and check driver log book

* Check & Record petrol expenses of pool cars & motorbike

REQUIREMENTS :

* Female, maximum : 26 years old

* Height Minimum : 165 cm (Weigh proportional)

* Good looking

* RECEPTIONIST : Minimum Diploma 3 of Secretarial School/PR/Tourism/English/ABA/Administration, etc

* TELEPHONE OPERATOR : Minimum Diploma 1 of any disciplines.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position

* Fresh graduates / Night Class Students are welcome

* Fluent in English (Spoken and Written) and Good Communication Skills

* Computer literate especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

* Willing to be placed in remote area (Sudirman Jakarta, BSD & Bekasi)

* Willing to work overtime and Shift System
