to assist Legal Manager in the preparation, review and negotiation of business and commercial contracts and/or agreements related to corporate issues
Requirements :
* Minimum S1 Degree from reputable university with minimum 2 years experience in legal field.
* Good integrity and analytical thinking.
* Ability to work under pressure both independently and in a team.
* Good communication skill. English proficiency will be an advantage.
AREA SALES MANAGER
(SURABAYA & SOLO BASED)
To initiate, propose, develop, monitor and manage packaging product marketing plans, motivate and lead sales teams achieving sales target.
Requirements :
* Minimum S1 degree from reputable university with minimum 5 years of proven and succesful marketing experience in paper, printing & packaging products (preferably in offset, flexo & rotogravure industry).
* Strong leadership, good understanding of consumer behavior and strong analytical/conceptual thinking.
* A high level of communication skill. English proficiency is required and Mandarin will be an advantage.
PRODUCTION
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
(MALANG BASED)
To maintain daily production schedules and to meet production requirements, coordinate work activities and resources necessary for cigarette manufacturing in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.
Requirements :
* Minimum S1 degree from reputable university with minimum 3 years experience as a production supervisor in FMCG company.
* A solid knowledge of project management
* Strong leadership, good analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skill
* Ability to work effectively with others to accomplish job objectives
HUMAN CAPITAL
TRAINING MANAGER
(MALANG BASED)
To established and continously improve training system for every unit by setting annual training plan, system and process, organizing and directing training operations, performing training needs assessment to assure fulfillment of company needs.
Requirements :
* Minimum S1 degree from reputable university with minimum 3 years experience as a training manager in manufacturing industry.
* Solid knowledge of training process and organization development.
* A substantial level of innovation to develop training tools, models, systems and processes.
* Strong leadership and good analytical thinking
* A high level of communication skill. English proficiency is required.
