1. HR Training Development Manager (TDM)

Requirements:
• Hold S1 degree in Psychology / Management
• Having min 5 years experience in related fields, as a professional trainer would be an advantage
• Have a broaded knowledge in training & people development fields
• Able to operate computer (MS Office, Internet and other programs)
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English active and passive, Mandarin would be an advantage
• Willing to travel extensively and to be posted in our region, such as Riau, Jambi, South Sumatra, East Kalimantan & West Kalimantan
2. HR Strategic Management Supervisor (Code: SMS)

Requirements:
• Hold S1 degree in Psychology / Management
• Having min 3 years experience in related field
• Have a broaded knowledge in organizational development fields
• Able to operate computer (MS Office, Internet and other programs)
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English active and passive, Mandarin would be an advantage
