Position Title : IT Specialist
Location : Jakarta
Report To : IT Manager
Position Summary :
This position is to provide information system solution for business needs, especially in Logistics/Supply Chain
Business, including support and maintenance of the IT systems.
Core Responsibilities / Key Result Areas :
* Develop solution and implement IT business systems to meet business needs within schedule and budget
* Effective presentation and communication of IT solutions
* Develop / implement IT solution to support business requirements
* Provide training and manage rollout of corporate/regional systems
* Provide ongoing support and maintenance of related IT systems
SKILLS REQUIREMENT :
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
* Have good IT Networking, also Supply Chain / Logistics knowledge to lead, analyze, and develop IT solutions
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Have knowledge and experience developing and /or supporting systems related to Visual Basic and web applications environment
* Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural environment
* Continuous self learning and self-initiating
Experience :
* At least 3-4 years working experience in IT
* Conversant with Visual Basic, VB.Net & Web application development
* Experience in shipping, logistics or supply chain/manufacturing related business activities is an advantage

IT Support
Position Summary :
This position is to provide support for IT system, including troubleshooting and maintenance of the PABX, Network, Hardware-Software & Server systems.
Core Responsibilities / Key Result Areas :
* Provide solution and support to IT system Users within agreed SLA
* Able to improve effectiveness of the system availability
SKILLS REQUIREMENT :
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
* Have good IT Networking, Hardware and Software application
* Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural environment
* Continuous self learning and self-initiating
Experience :
* At least 3-4 years working experience in IT Support
* Problem solving/analysis and troubleshooting skill in PC / Server environment, software/hardware and networking
* Experience in shipping, logistics or supply chain/manufacturing related business activities is an added advantage
