Job Responsibilities and Job Description
Maintain media relationship. Develop content for press kits and create opportunities for editorial and feature article opportunities as a part of overall Marketing Communications Programs. With marketing manager develop PR strategy and plans to support product branding and positioning directives. Interface directly with marketing manager to fulfill PR plans. Create community relations program in conjunction with HR activities.
* Manage and direct overall Public Relation effort
* Management of all press clipping (video and print) for posting on reference and internet
* Manage PR e-mail communications (incoming) – answer request for product and technical assistance, forward others to appropriates, confirm and follow up
* Participate in the media planning effort
* Coordinate, create and execute PR strategies for all product lines in conjunction with marketing manager
* Organize and direct media tours, press conferences, trade show related events and community relation rallies
* Ensure that all of the company’s objectives and goal are et with respect of PR
* Stay current as to which marketing strategies are in place and how best to compliment them with effective PR strategies
* Attend all requires trade shows, events and functions where the opportunity to share the company’s message is available. Act as spokes person when required
* Assist Marketing team with administrative projects as needed
* Perform all other duties as assigned or required
Job Requirement :
* College/University degree or equivalent to Public Relation
* At least 2 years esperience in similar position with proven record in building PR campaign
* Excellent oral and written English. Fluent in English with perfect grammar
* Comfortable in presenting to a large audience. Great presentation skill
* An eye for details and good follow through skill
* People’s person approachable
* Speak with authority and ability to interact positively and effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as with customers, and prospects
