Requirement :
* Male, Max 30 years
* Bachelor degree in Telecommunication from reputable university. * Min 1 – 2 year experience in testing commissioning BTS and Transmission Siemens product.
* Able to work independently, under pressure, well-organized, strong analytical, discipline, meticulous, proactive, able work individually or part of team, mature and independent in solving problem, committed with a sense of urgency.
* Interpersonal skill, helpful person, honest, good in communication and presentation skill.
* Fluent in English both written and oral.
* Able to traveling and relocate around Indonesia and overseas.
* Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, Email, Map info, Path Loss, TEMS, Etc).
* Familiar Instrument GSM equipment test (TEMS, BER & Site master)
* Posses drive license and having passport is advantage.
* Able joint immediately.


Microwave Planning Engineer Siemens

Main Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Microwave transmission planning for both access and backbone network including network topology, capacity and frequency plan
* Conducting topology map study, LOS survey & RFI test wherever needed to verify the pathloss and planned topology & frequency
* Working closely with RF and Sitac team to select optimal BTS sites for network rollout
* Graduated with S1 in related field
* Min 2 - 4 years of experience in transmission network planning within Indonesia
* Familiar with Pathloss, MapInfo and other planning tools
* Able to travel within Java island as required


Project Manager Transmission Nokia

Responsibilities :
* Have a good understanding of SDH and PDH implementation and also the experience in managing a big and complex transmission project.
* Executing the project or subproject according to agreed scope and contractual commitment against project budget.
* Preparing, planning, executing and closing the project or sub project level ( region, zone ) .
* Day to day operative project ( roll out ) planning with Roll out Management tool, monitoring and reporting i.e. : project roll out schedule, progress, costs and resources.
* Ensure implementation of Delivery Packages and final site acceptance .
* Overall responsibility for acceptance .
* Plan and communicate accurate roll out demand figures for CAT demand planning ( equipments and resources )
* Ensure that all project roll out targets are met e.g. : progress, quality and cost by using tools, interfaces and standard site process milestones.

Requirements :
* Extensive Project Management skills.
* Good Consultancy & communication skills.
* Excellent English in written and oral
* Extensive experience working with project teams.

RESPONSIBLE:
Doing acceptance test BTS and Transmission Siemens equipment, including: drive site BTS implementation approach RFI target, drive analyzing and solving problem in BTS and Transmission equipment.
