Comercial Specialist (Jakarta)

Job Function:
* Liaison with CRM division to obtain understanding of proposed investment or project
* Prepare financial modeling for the CRM project proposal and investment.
* Developed and maintain model for detailed collection and analysis on outsourcing partner
* Analyze & evaluate financial impact, revenue forecast, expenses and investment returns of Hutch`s projects (CRM proposals) to support the management decision
* Track actual performance vs budget (for financial and KPIs), clarify variance, agree on strategy to reduce variance and generate report on monthly basis for Customer Operation
* Provide commercial and financial related information reviews and recommendation or CRM-related contracts
* Agree and review budget and forecast and collate and generate budget and forecast for Customer Operation in entity level budget and forecast
* Provide support for corporate level budgeting
* Do research on fundamental/macro assumption for budgeting such as forex, inflation abd other macro economic indicators
* Ongoing research on industry trends and developments and provide analysis on market and competitor


Requirements:
* Bachelor degree or above in finance/marketing
* Knowledgeable in sales area (process and operation)
* Experience in telecom industry is preferable
* Knowledgeable in financial model analysis
* Good interpersonal and communication skill
* Ability to work under pressure and tight timeline
* Able to work independently
* Accounting standard knowledge and financial model analysis is required
* Good computer literacy
* Good comand of spoken and written English
