ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Requirements :
* Minimum S1 degree majoring in accounting or finance from reputable national and/ or foreign universities with minimum IPK/ GPA of 3 (out of a maximum of 4) or equivalent.
* Experience in accounting areas minimum 2 years
* Male or female, maximum 33 years old.
* Able to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
* Self learner, hard working, self motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
* Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and internet literate.
HR & GA Officer (Code : HR)
Requirements :
* Male / Female, Max 35 years old
* Minimum 2 years experiences in Human Resources / Personnel, a working knowledge in some, or all, of the areas of HR systems & procedure, payroll and administration on recruitment, training, jamsostek, medical insurance programs, employee relations and general affairs.
* An understanding of the Manpower Regulations.
* Mature, team player who is able to interact at the levels of employees within the organization.
* The ability to work in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both oral and written, and computer literacy is essential.
IT Officer
Requirements :
* Minimum S1 degree majoring in information technology or related fields from reputable national and/ or foreign universities with minimum IPK/ GPA of 3 (out of a maximum of 4) or equivalent
* Male or female, maximum 28 years old
* Able to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
* Self learner, hard working, self motivated, able to work independently or in a team
* Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and at least one computer programming language.
* Able to establish appropriate hardwares/ softwares specifications and set-up/ maintain Windows 2003 Server based PC computer networking system.
* Has An excellent skill of LAN
* Has An excellent skill of installation and troubleshooting (software & hardware)
CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER
Job Scope :
* Responsible for managing the preparation of consolidated financial statement and management reports including budgets and forecasts at the subsidiary company and holding company levels..
* Integrating and establishing existing & future business for a multi disciplined organization, ensuring the business is established with sound financial principles including financial reporting, planning and analysis
* Responsible for the performance review management, reviewing financial analysis and evaluations of business units.
* Liaise with external auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisors on related matters.
* Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements and reports.Develop detailed financial models, including sensitivity analysis on potential investments.
* Assist with acquisition reviews, due diligence on M&A opportunities.
* Highlight potential risks in financials, key issues and recommend compensating actions.
* Reporting and Analyzing financial performance of the company and business unit
* Familiar with the process to raise funds from banks and the capital markets.
* Able to conduct a review of existing company’s financial policies and procedures, provide improvement recommendations and implement them.
Requirements :
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy
* Have a minimum of 5 years working experience in the financial department of large national and/or multinational companies or account officer at large national or multinational commertial organization. Prefered have a professional audit/accounting background
* Maximum 35 years old Highly hands-on, analytical, meticulous, independent and proactive with data analysis skillsMinimum
* Able to communicate effectively across different levels in the organization and work under tight timeframes and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Highly proficient in advanced Excel with strong financial modeling skills.
* Possess strong sense of tasks ownership (follow through), and objective, positive and adaptive attitude and initiative.
* Solid hands-on experience in preparing financial forecast, budget, and consolidation for a multi disciplined organizations.
* Technically competent with up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and practices.
* An excellent team worker with strong analytical, people-management and communication skills.
