Junior Retail Business Dovelopment Planner

Responsibilities :
• Handle day to day estate management and administer rates process
• Manage issues and handle correspondence of neighbors, landlords, local authorities and tenants
• First contact point on property matters for internal stakeholders
• Get land title documents checked from government offices
• Establish contact with developing townships
• Conduct road mapping and identify landlords (contacts)

Requirements :
• A few years working experience in property brokerage.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Mobility is essential

CAD Drafter

Responsibilities :
• Layout and detail development in CAD
• Document controlling
• Quantity take off when needed

Requirements :
• Technical school/university; Building/structural/civil
• Minimum 5 years, with broad extent in construction CAD drawings
• Special attention to detailing works and strong documentation/filling management

Construction Engineer

Responsibilities :
• To obtain construction permits
• To manage the performance of civil contractors
• To complete construction projects within time, cost and quality objectives

Requirements :
• Essential : Degree in Civil Engineering
• Past construction experience, preferably on medium scale projects
• Safety and Quality experience
• Evidence of Project Management, Vendor and
• Contractor Management
• Post government liaison work desirable

Territory Sales Supervisor
1 for Jakarta, 1 for Medan, 1 for Bandung area

Responsibilities :
• Achieve sales targets for sell out for Distributor
• Implementation of marketing activities
• Sustain merchandising activities in the assigned territory and channel
• Together with Distributor Supervisor, coach and develop sales force competence
• Monitoring implementation of HSSE and SGBP in the distributor

Requirements :
• At least 5 years in sales position for lubricant products
• Bachelor Degree from any discipline
• Dynamic & Detail

Sales Administration & Coordinator (Bitumen Product)

Responsibilities :
• Coordinate all sales order to Customer Service Center.
• Ensure and monitor sales order is released as required and requested.
• Compile data from all distributors for monthly forecasting and monthly sales reports
• Monitor payment release from distributor
• Responsible for merchandising control and support marketing activities / sales activities/ promotion event.

Requirements :
• Mature and Independent
• Self-motivated and proactive approach
• Able to work under minimum supervisory

Transport & Logistic Officer (Balikpapan Based)

Responsibilities :
• Managing effective distribution of packed products by road transport
• Identify and implement change required to benefit Shell in terms of packed transport contract management
• Ensuring optimum utilisation of vehicles, drivers and other resources and meet Shell HSE requirement
• Instituting benchmarking for packed road transport, to measure performance relative to best in class.
• Custodian for Fleet Management System (FMS)

Requirements :
• Bachelor, any degree
• A sound working knowledge in lubricant supply chain especially in the area of warehousing, scheduling and dispatching, secondary distribution to secondary depots and customers, fleet management and operations and safety requirement on road distribution.
• A clear understanding of the various types at transport contracts and exposure to consumer based logistics

Treasury Assistant

Responsibilities :
• Check and review daily cash flow and movement
• Maintain relationship with banks in term of bank services, prices and other requirement
• Verify Monthly Bank balance and reconciliation
• Prepare Monthly Closing Report related to Treasury and Tax
• Build-up effective relationship with Tax Authorities and Tax Consultants
• Provide all tax matters which is related with retail taxation

Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Reputable University
• 3 years experience handling treasury & taxation matters
• Have certification in Tax & Accounting (Brevet A&B) - C

Management Information & Administration Assistant

Responsibilities :
• Administration for Distribution Indonesia (liaising with Finance Distribution as well)
• Liaising with internal and external parties related to Distribution Indonesia operation
• Supporting Management Information for Financial and Non Financial KPI reporting, HSSE Reporting, etc

Requirements :
• University Graduate (S1) preferably in finance / accounting
• 2 years experience in multinational company preferably handling finance, accounting / admin
• Strong Numerical and Analysis skill with goad communication skill and teamwork
• Diligent, attention to details, yet have speed in doing job


For all the above contract positions Good English Communication Skills and Computer Skills are a must.
