FULL & EMPTY STORE SUPERVISOR
RESPONSIBILITY:
To ensure the proper storage and loading process of finished products.
SELECTION SPECIFICATION:
* Diploma III from any discipline, preferably in the area of Finance / Control, Logistic, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Computer.
* Ability to Work Under Pressure
* Male, age between 25 – 35
* Computer literate (MS Office & Others) familiar with Business Integration Application, and SAP experienced is an advantage
* Familiar With ISO 9001:2000
* Team player, good initiative, responsible and hard worker, Mature and self motivated person
* Strong Leadership skills in managing a team of warehouse staff
* Have Strong Knowledge of warehouse & Inventory management ( Finish Good and Raw Material )
* Can communicate in English (minimum reading and listening)
* Minimum 2 years experiences at supervisory level in a logistics or any related environment
ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN
RESPONSIBILITY:
* Execute automation, instrumentation and electrical work throughout the brewery.
* Ensure effective and efficient preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Do Planned Maintenance Stream of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
* Execute mechanical work & maintenance, especially Production/Utilities Machinery
* Assist in achieving performance improvement.
* Ensure the effectiveness & efficiency of equipment and machineries.
* Conduct Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication & Tightening (CILT) & Autonomous Maintenance of TPM
SELECTION SPECIFICATION:
* Technical or engineering background.
* D-3 level through education or experience.
* Knowledge on automation aspects on moderate level.
* Knowledge on electrical and instrumentation aspects on advanced level.
* Knowledge on mechanical aspects on basic level.
* Good problem solving capabilities.
* Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP and better has SAP experiences.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written (min 475 score TOEFL)
* Computer literate.
* Good communication skills.
* Able to work as part of team
* Need to be reasonably fit and healthy, good hand-eye coordination and have colors visions
* Willing to be placed on Sampang Agung (Mojokerto)
TECHNICAL PURCHASER
RESPONSIBILITY:
* To ensure that all purchasing actions carried out and consideration taken are consistent with approved policies, procedures and strategies set by the company.
* Sourcing quotations and evaluating quotations, then negotiating, and proposing qualified vendors.
SELECTION SPECIFICATION:
* S1 degree, preferably majoring in Engineering
* Minimum 2 years experienced in purchasing, especially in technical materials
* Good problem solving capabilities.
* Computer literate.
* Familiar with MRO, Prism, Maximo
* Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP and better has SAP experiences.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written.
* Good communication skills.
* Willing to be placed on Sampang Agung (Mojokerto)
