Marketing Communication
The incumbent will be responsible to plan and coordinate AstraWorld’s marketing and communication activities, both above and below the line. He/she will also be responsible to develop and coordinate internal communication materials.
Responsibilities include :
* Develop and execute effective marketing and communication strategy to continuously strengthen AstraWorld’s brand awareness and brand association
* Develop high level media plan and marketing budget
* Develop briefing materials and conduct pitching sessions for advertising agencies
* Evaluate proposals from advertising agencies and recommend suitable ideas
* Coordinate above and below the line activities, from concept approval, preparation to execution
* Develop internal communication materials, from concept to production and distribution to relevant parties
* Evaluate media effectiveness based on generated responses, apply improvement actions and adjust marcom strategy accordingly
Requirements :
* Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
* Minimum 3 years experience in marketing communication, with working knowledge in both above the line and below the line activities
* Possess strong business network, especially in advertising and media
* Highly creative, with ability to come up with innovative ideas to optimize advertising and promotion budget
* Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
* Experience in brand building campaign for major brands
* Computer literacy and fluency in English
