Accounting And Finance - Surabaya (Sidoarjo)

QUALIFICATIONS :
* Male-Female , max 40 years
* University graduated majoring in Accounting
* Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
* Good knowledge of Indonesia Tax Regulation
* Able to manage such major aspects of municipal finances as accounting, treasury, all taxation, payroll and budgeting.
* Maintain the accounting system and prepare various reports and statements of financial condition.
* Controls operating budgets and conduct cost analysis to support strategic and managerial decisions.
* Computer Literate
* Highly motivated, discipline, and able to work independently or in a team
* Good communication and interpersonal skill
* Good analyzing capability
* Preferably candidates from Surabaya (Sidoarjo)

REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE - Surabaya (Sidoarjo)

QUALIFICATIONS :
* Male preferred, Max. 45 years of age
* Bachelor degree of any major
* Min. 4 years of experience in the same position
* Proficiency in English
* Strong communication and negotiation skill
* Excellent presentation skill
* Computer literate
* Able to analyze financial report
* Proactive, result oriented and a team player
* Good leadership skill
* Able to work in tough environment and under pressure
* Preferably candidates from Surabaya (Sidoarjo) who has worked in security provider and or outsourcing company

Job Descriptions :
* Handle all operational matters in the branch
* Monitor and supervise a team of employees (logistic, technical, admin, sales)
* Able to interact and build network with related parties such as government (police apparatus) and local authority
* Ability to analyze situations and to develop service strategic planning in order to increase service performance
* Train and develop manpower and ensure work delivered meet customer requirements and expectations
* Liaising effectively with all levels of management within the company in order to facilitate projects and other business opportunities
* Reporting to the operation director

HRD - Surabaya (Sidoarjo)

QUALIFICATIONS :
* Minimum S1 degree
* Male/ female, maximum 35 years old
* Have a minimum of 3 years experience working holding supervisory position in the Human Resources Department Preferably who?s been working at security company and or outsourcing company
* Thoroughly familiar with Indonesian employment law
* Capable to establish human resources policies and procedure (including performance based compensation system, job evaluation and salary scale/ grading)
* Understanding HR-GA control system, office Administration
* Able to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
* Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet literate
* Self learner, hard working, self motivated and able to work independently or in a team
* Ready to work under pressure
* Enjoy meeting people, has good interpersonal skill and teamwork
* Effective communication skill
* Confident to work with targets and strict deadlines
* Preferably candidates from Surabaya (Sidoarjo)
