A Coal Mining Company, Group of Straits Resources Limited in South Kalimantan is looking for professional candidates for this following position:
SENIOR MINE PLAN ENGINEER
This role will include the following responsibilities:
1. Preparation of mine plans and shedules for the short and medium term,
2. Design of open pits, waste dumps, ramps and haul roads,
3. Provide direction and guidance to junior mining engineers,
4. Regular liaison with mining, geology, survey and contractor personnel,
5. Supervision and monitoring of pit activities and contractor day works,
The successfull candidate will have a University degree in Mining Engineering or a similar. They will have at least 6 years experience in the mining industry with substantial mine planning experience. English communication skills are essential (written and spoken). The role requires a person with an outgoing personality whom is effective in implementing outcomes.
