REQUIREMENTS ANALYST

Responsibilities :
* Analyze Business processes and user requirement (requirement analysis: definition use case model and class model)
* Describes the functional concept to customers
* Documenting user requirements
* Define GUI (graphical user interface)
* Define additional, non-functional requirements

Requirements :
* Bachelor degree (S-1) in Information System/Computer Science or other related area
* Min. GPA 3.00
* Fluent in English, both oral and written, with min. TOEIC score of 600 (please
provide TOEIC score when attending interview)
* Experienced in programming language, data and object modeling
* Experiences in software requirement analysis, specification of IT systems, and knowledge of modeling tools & RUP would be an advantage
* Preferably with some knowledge of airline business process

HELPDESK ASSISTANT

General Responsibilities :

Provide technical assistance to system users, Receives and answers, with well-established guidelines, call center questions and complaints, Refers to a superior all non routine or serious problems.

Specific Responsibilities :
* Provide technical assistance and support to system users.
* Receives and answers, within well-established guidelines, call center questions

and complaints
* Answer users’ inquiries regarding software and hardware operation to resolve

problems.
* Dispatches service request on a day-to-day basis and escalate problems to 2nd

level trouble shooters.
* Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial

action taken.

Requirements :
* Bachelor degree (S-1) in any discipline, preferably in Information System /

Computer Science or other related area
* Min. GPA 3.00
* Fluent in English, both oral and written, with min. TOEIC score of 600 (please

provide TOEIC score when attending interview)
* Age not older than 25 years old on 01.12.2006
* Willing to work in a shift working schedule
