Duties and Responsibilities:
* Take charge of Admin Department and VIP Lounge; ensure all reports pertaining to revenue collections, utilization of VIP Lounge and passenger arrival and departure submitted on time.
* Assist Manager in the day to day operations at BBT ferry terminal and ensuring proper house keeping are taken care off in the term of cleanliness and safety of passenger and vessels, including VIP Lounge.
* Work closely with CIQP (Custom, Immigration, Quarantine and Port) with regard to the day to day operations of the Ferry Terminal and VIP Lounge.
* Assist Manager in monitoring and ensuring that Safe Working Practice and Equipment are being used and carried out at Regional, Domestic Terminal and Light Goods Wharf as per ISPS Code and no damages and pilferages take place during loading and unloading.
* Assist Manager in reducing the amount of passenger complaint and upgrade the level of service at BBT Ferry Terminal.
* Assist Manager in cost cutting measures and revenue generation.
* Assist in emergency evaluation, search and rescue and oil spill control
Requirements :
* Diploma or degree in Nautical Studies (minimum ANT 3) or Port Management
* Age between 20 - 35 years old
* Having experience minimum 3 years in the same position
* English and Computer literacy is a must
Remuneration :

Chief Engineer (CE)
Requirements :
* Possessing an Academy Diploma or Bachelor degree with several years experience on Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with sound knowledge of building equipment.
Building Operational Manager (BOM)
Tugas Utama dan Tanggung Jawab :
* Possessing a degree in any discipline preferable : M/E, Civil, Architect Engineer
* Able to communicate with Building Owners, Tenants and coordinate a full management team.
M & E Supervisor (M&E Spy)
QUALIFICATIONS :
* Male between 23-30 years of age
* Minimum D3 degree in any discipline from reputable university with good academic results
* Preferably Electrical and Industrial Background
