Position Requirements

Preferably have 1 year experience in related position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Active in organizational / social activities
Computer literate

Position Responsibilities
Analyzing employment legislation and company regulation
Reviewing rules and policies related to employment and industrial relation
Supporting in legal matter and settlement of industrial relation issues
Establish employment policies
