Floating Storage & Offloading (FSO) Positions:
Mooring Master (MM)
Candidates must:
Hold a valid Class 1 (Master Mariner) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
Have served for at least 3 years sea time as a Master on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on F[P]SO operation.
Assistant Mooring Master (AMM)
Candidates must:
Hold a valid Class 1 (Master Mariner) or Class 2 (Chief Mate) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
Have served for at least 2 years sea time as a Master or Chief Mate on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on F[P]SO operation.
Deck Operations Supervisor (DOS)
Candidates must:
Hold a valid Class 1 (Master Mariner) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
Have served for at least 3 years sea time as a Master or Chief Mate on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on F[P]SO operation.
Lead Cargo Control Room Operator (LCCRO)
Candidates must:
Hold a valid Class 1 (Master Mariner) or Class 2 (Chief Mate) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
Have served for at least 2 years sea time as a Chief Mate or Second Mate on Oil
Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on F[P]SO operation.
Cargo Control Room Operator (CCRO)
Candidates must:
Hold a valid Class 2 (Chief Mate) or Class 3 (Second Mate) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
Have served for at least 2 years sea time as a Second Mate or Third Mate on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on F[P]SO operation.
Plant Operations Supervisor (POS)
Candidates must:
Hold a valid Class 1 (Chief Engineer — Steam or Motor) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
Have served for at least 3 years sea time as a Chief Engineer on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on F[P]SO operation.
Lead Engine Control Room Operator (LECRO)
Candidates must:
Hold a valid Class 1 (Chief Engineer — Steam or Motor) Class 2 (Second Engineer) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
Have served for at least 2 years sea time as a Second Engineer or Third Engineer on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on F[P]SO operation.
Engine Control Room Operator (ECRO)
Candidates must:
Hold a valid Class 2 (Second Engineer) or Class 3 (Third Engineer) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
Have served for at least 2 years sea time as a Third Engineer or Fourth Engineer on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on F[P]SO operation.
Maintenance Supervisor (MS)
Candidates must:
Hold a valid Class 1 (Chief Engineer — Steam or Motor) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
Have served for at least 3 years sea time as a Chief Engineer on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on F[P]SO operation.
Instrument & Electrical Lead (IEL)
Candidates must:
Served as I & E Lead on F[P]SO maintenance department or and as an I & E Lead on shore at a petrochemical or other industrial plant.
Be suitably trade qualified with a minimum of five (5) years relevant industrial experience as a Instrumentation or Electrical Technician
Strong knowledge of industry and international standards.
For all those above FSO positions, candidates should have:
Proof of valid STCW certificate of competency and large crude oil tanker sea time will be required.
Advance level in spoken and written English language. Ability to prepare written reports in English is preferable.
Some knowledge of oil field operations would be beneficial
Relevant crude oil tanker experience is preferable.
A high level of computer skills is essential.
Good communications (upward and downward) and teamwork skills are essential
Demonstrated background in behavioral based safety.
Willingness to stay at the training facilities for a 1-2 years training program, and / or company’s field site in Indonesia or overseas for 1-2 years.
Central Processing Facilities (CPF) Maintenance & Operations positions:
Operation positions:
Electrical Supervisor (ES)
Candidates must have:
15+ years experience in Oil and Gas Industry electrical power generation and distribution systems and supervision of Electrical teams.
Advanced troubleshooting and repair skill on full range High and Low voltage (11kv, 6.6kv, 400v & 230v) components. (Switchgear, MCC, transformers, large elec motors, UPS, lighting, etc)
Fully competent in Electrical codes & safe work processes. (Energy Isolation Procedures, PPE, Permitting, etc)
Maintenance & Reliability Supervisor (MRS)
Candidates must have:
10+ years experience in Oil/Gas field as M&R Supervisor, Lead Planner or Lead Materials Coordinator
Able to lead and guide Computer Maintenance System build, development and implementation (SAP 4.0 or 6.0 desired). Experience in building maintenance strategies. Experience in planning shutdowns.
Advanced knowledge of Materials Management in SAP
Advanced knowledge of M&R KPI’s and all business work processes to support flawless execution of Maintenance activities (RBWS, Critical PM, 3rd party vendor coordination, campaign work, etc)
Mechanical Supervisor (MS)
Candidates must have:
10+ years experience in Oil and Gas field mechanical maintenance and supervision of mechanical maintenance teams
Advanced troubleshooting & repair skills in gas turbines and controls (GE or Solar preferred), large centrifugal pumps and centrifugal gas compressors
Troubleshooting and repair experience in oil/gas support systems (steam systems, nitrogen generators, air compressors, etc)
Control Room Operator (CRO)
Candidates must have:
5+ years experience of well operation and crude oil processing plan or other production operation experience (sour gas and oil experience preferred)
Good knowledge and skill in operating of control room automatic control system, i.e. SCADA, DCS, etc.
Good understanding of Indonesian regulations applicable to operations of onshore oil and gas installations
Lead Operator (LO)
Candidates must have:
5+ years experience of well operation and crude oil processing plant or other production operation experience (sour gas and oil experience preferred)
Experience in handling process of Emergency Response & Oil Spill Response
Special courses required for the position, refer to the MCL Competency Training Roadmap
Instrument & Controls Supervisor (ICS)
Candidates must have:
10+ years experience in Oil/Gas Instrumentation & Controls maintenance and supervision of instrument/controls teams.
Advanced troubleshooting & repair skills on full range of transmitters, controllers, analyzers, etc
Advanced troubleshooting & repair skills on Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Safety & Control Systems (ESD, fire & gas, etc).
Shift Supervisor (SS)
Candidates must have:
10+ years experience of well operation and crude oil processing plant or other production operation experience (sour gas and oil experience preferred)
Good understanding of Indonesian regulations applicable to operations of onshore oil and gas installations
Experience in providing Emergency Response & Oil Spill Response training
A Supervisory skill, Incident reporting and process safety guidelines, etc
For all those above CPF positions, candidates should have:
Polytechnic diploma or D3 certificate with a 3.0 GPA (preferred); or a high school certificate (IPA / SMIK Technical) for position: ES, MRS, ICS, MS
High school or Vocational (SMK Technical) School certificate preferably enhanced by related technical school courses for position: CRO, LO, SS
Fluency in spoken and written English language. Ability to prepare written reports in English is essential
Good Analytical and problem solving skills
Good communications skills (upward and downward) and interpersonal and team work skills are essential – understands M&R KPI’s and their significance
Demonstrated leadership abilities in safety excellence (e.g. behavioral based safety, etc)
Ability and willingness to actively mentor technicians (technical skills and safety)
