Industrial Relations Section Head (Code: IR-SH)
Responsibilities:
Prepare, coordinate and implement monitoring and evaluation outsourcing process manpower requirements and ensure availability of labor and allocation and monitoring of the payment process
Expected qualification:
Minimum S1 Law/Statistic/Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 2.80 out of 4.00 scale
Minimum 2 years experience in Industrial Relations and Human Resources
Good knowledge in outsource management and industrial relations management
Self motivated, having excellent communication, analysis, coordination and negotiation skills, with high integrity, able to work under pressure and tight schedules
Proficiency of English in both oral and written is a must
Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office
