POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will be responsible to :
• Create and issue PO to Wartsila Global Logistics Services (WGLS) or other Product Company (PC) based on WESAP PR
• Make sure complete and correct part delivered to customer
• Monitor back order
• AR, WIP monitoring
• Communicate intensively with WGLS and internal customer
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Engineering or Management
- Min. 3 years experience in handling order processing/purchasing/logistics in spare part business
- Having good knowledge of technical / engine spare part, SAP, order management
- Ability to communicate well, good written and spoken English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
