Job Description
Plan and control personnel and general affair activities, and doing operational function of legal and industrial relation in order to achieve company’s objectives
Job Qualification
Male, 30 - 35 years old
Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Law/ Management/ Industrial Engineering
Having 3 - 4 years experiences at supervisory level in food manufacturing industry
Having experiences in recruiting employees and dealing with labor providers
Having experiences in doing general affairs, legal, and industrial relation function
Competent in giving basic human resource-related trainings
Having excellent understanding about government laws and regulations
Strong leadership, strategic-minded, and excellent negotiation & communication skills
Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo – East Java
