The Implementation Officer will support the Cash Management Implementation Team in migrating customers who still use the old Electronic Banking System to the current system. The successful candidate will interact mainly with the Cash Management Implementation team, as well as Operation team and the Institutional Customer.

Qualifications:
A fresh graduate from IT background with a minimum GPA 3.00 will be the ideal applicant for the role. A team player with good communication skills in English and Bahasa along with proficiency in computer programs will be essential for this role. Prior teaching experience or tertiary qualifications in a relevant field will be preferred.
