HR Operation Senior Officer

Responsibility
Responsible for the process of payroll and benefit functions, including pay and benefit administration and staff welfare.
Make a significant support and contribution to the implementation of the Bank’s business plan with regard to personnel compensation and benefit issues
Manage the Bank’s HR operations, administration and services.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Must have 3 years experience in personnel administration
Intermediate working with Excel and good Calculation skill
Honest, thorough, self starter, persistent, creative, tough and hard worker.
Can work both independently or as a team member.
Have experience in leading and managing team
