FQC Technician (FQC) (Cikarang Based)
Perform final quality control to ensure quality of products produced to have good quality products, eliminate/minimize customer complaints, Ensure a good traceability of Quality Record, Ensure the Equipment products comply to Quality & SHE requirements and ensure the activity comply to Quality & SHE requirements.

TC Tendering Engineer (TC – TE)
Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage/ proceed request for quotation, to handle the quotation and execution for both standard TC Job and contracting typical Job, to realize optimum quotation for developing order intake with secure margin.
Requirements:
Graduated from Electrical Engineering Majoring Power from reputable University S1 Degree.
Minimum 3 years experiences in project estimation/ tendering management and Bidding (LV & MV)
Able to communicate in English and Computer literate.
Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
Able to work under pressure, good teamwork.
High accuracy and self demanding person for perfect result.
Familiar with Tender & Contract Management, Commercial, Schneider Product, Non Schneider Product and equipment knowledge for supporting solution offer, Electrical substation and generation system requirement for industrial and for utility in general, Mechanical Technic, Project management, ISO Procedure.
TC Services Execution Engineer (TC – SEE)
Responsibilities:
To lead service order execution, master project from order entry up to delivery to customer, include provide invoice supporting documents, initiate execution of both standard TC job and contracting typical job.
Requirements:
Graduated from Electrical Engineering from reputable University S1 Degree majoring in Power
Electrical Engineer, 5 years experience in proposal/tender or project execution.
Experience/knowledge di various heavy industries/power utility : project, maintenance, is a plus.
Able to communicate in English
Computer Literate
Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervisory and excellent team player

Requirements :
Graduated from Electrical Engineering majoring in Power or Control from reputable University S1 Degree.
Minimum 2 years experiences.
Able to communicate in English and Computer literate.

Knowledge and previous exposure with Schneider products in Medium & Low Voltage are definite advantages

SERVICE OPERATION MANAGER (SOM)
This position will perform various project administration duties such as monitoring contract progress and deliverables, contract management, quality of the project execution and project payment. To ensure the quality of project life cycle from tendering until closing and also ensuring the progress payment of the project.
REQUIREMENTS
S1 Electrical Engineering
Min. 5 years experiences as services manager,
Knowledge about HSE, Competency Certification.
This position will perform Contract management,
Services Planning & Scheduling , Quality
Assurance through out the services delivery. Preferable has exp. In O&G or Automative Industry.
Proven track record in preparing project specification, project Monitoring report, Excellent spreadsheet and communication skills and attention to details is required.
Good in numerical ability and detail-oriented
Good English (oral and written) & computer literate
