Requirements:
Male professional, S1 in Accounting from reputable university
Experience min 2 years of public accounting or auditing system
Comprehensive knowledge of auditing standards and techniques
Strong understanding in general accounting, tax practice, financial report & regulation.
Strong Managerial & Leadership, High integrity, self motivated and result oriented
Well proven in English communication skill ( spoken & written )
Computer literacy and familiarity with accounting software related to internal auditing
MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING STAFF (MES)
Requirements :
Male, Single, Max : 27 years old
S1 degree in Engineering (Metallurgy / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Chemical / Environmental)
GPA : min 3 from reputable university
Having min. 1 year experience in Manufacturing / Production Engineering especially in Automotive Industry would be an advantage.
Familiar with computer and technical drawing programs is a must
Well proven in English communication skill (spoken & written) or Japanese would be very helpful.
Willingly to be posted in Manufacturing Site.
Fresh graduates are welcome too.
INDUSTRIAL RELATION SUPERVISOR ( IRS )
Requirements:
Male, age max. 35 years old
S1 degree in Law, Social Science/ Social Politics, or HRM
Showing an excellent experience in similar area with min. 3 years.
Having a good understanding in regulations of Industrial Relations and Labors Law of Indonesia.
Fluent in English both spoken and written is a must
Hands on industrial Relations and labor matters
Broad minded in private and government networking
Able to advice-giving especially in employment areas
MARKETING DEVELOPMENT (MD)
Requirements:
Male, age max 30 years old
Hold both S2 or S1 Engineering in Industrial, Automotive and Mechanical with GPA min. 3,00 from reputable university
Experience in Sales & Marketing min. 3 years
Splendid in English communication skill both oral & written
Familiar with computer, MS Office
Self-driven and resilient
Excellent interpersonal skill & team player
Strong analytical background and concern with detail and accuracy
Mature in leadership, passion & result orientation
DEALER NETWORK DEVELOPMENT ( DND )
To identify new business opportunity, capture more market share on product development through carry out surveys, ensure sales market growth through developing appropriate sales strategy and system procedures, prolong maximize market penetration through developing new channel & independent business partner
General Requirements:
Male, max : 35 years old
S1 degree in Engineering and Science, MM/MBA graduate is a plus
Minimum 3 years experience in the same field would be an advantage
Fluent in English ( spoken and written ) and showing compliant to others
