PERSONAL BANKER (PB)

Key Responsibilities:
Identifying sales lending opportunities, acquisition of the potential business from the customers by exploring the bank’s products and benefits to customers

Maintain and deepen customer relationship with the bank
Ensure effective cross sell process in order to build strong customer relationship
Explore the bank’s products and the benefits to customers
Ensure to excel customer service standard level
Ensure the accuracy, prudential control in processing customer’s instruction with time efficiency
Strictly adhere to all the bank policies/compliance/procedures and other regulatory requirement to protect both bank’s and customer’s assets
Each customer has different character, education and family background, work experience, behavior & attitude so incumbent must be able to adapt and choose appropriate technique to handle customer

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline (preferably majoring in Economics/Commercial background) from reputable university
Must have minimum a year experience in sales area would be an advantage
Completion of some courses and training would be an advantage
Strong knowledge of branch operation and variety of banking products
Good knowledge of financial industry in general and risk management
Strong selling skill and self driven individual
Pleasant personality, excellent communication and presentation skills
Own good judgment, initiative and problem solving skills
Have good team spirit and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision
PC literate, high integrity, and have a strong analytical
Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER FUNDING (RMF)
Key Responsibilities:

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER LENDING COMMERCIAL (RMLC)
Key Responsibilities:

Identifying sales lending opportunities, acquisition of the potential business from the customers by exploring the bank’s products and benefits to customers
Produce credit proposal on timely basis with accuracy and prudent control
Achieve target set by the management in terms of business volume growth and revenue growth
Discuss with Team Leader and Risk Management Unit in reviewing credit proposals
Review the preparation of documentation prior to signing of credit agreement
Monitoring and maintenance towards the credit

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline (preferably majoring in Management/Economics/Accounting) from reputable university
Must have minimum 3 years experience in lending at banking industry
Pleasant personality, excellent communication and presentation skills
Own good judgment, initiative and problem solving skills
Have good team spirit and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision
PC literate, high integrity, and have a strong analytical
Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English

LIABILITIES PRODUCT MANAGER (LPM)
Key Responsibilities:

Responsible development of Liabilities Product
Participate in the creation of new products, marketing activities
Take active role in product setup, launch, training, and maintenance.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the current products’ policy and procedures
Responsible for the training of new products, features or system related to the liabilities products
Formulate product development strategies/plans for the business.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline (preferably majoring in Economics) from reputable university
Must have minimum 3 years experience in liabilities product (preferably from the largest local bank)
Pleasant personality, excellent communication and presentation skills
Own good judgment, initiative and problem solving skills
Have good team spirit and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision
PC literate, high integrity, and have a strong analytical
Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
