AM Commercial Banking (Code : JS AM CMB – CBA 10)
Responsibilities :
The job holder is responsible for the growth, operations and profitability of all Commercial Banking segments
Requirements :
Hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting from a reputable university
Has a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in corporate banking or other financial services sector
Has strong verbal and written English
Possess a pleasant personality and able to work with a team
Possess commercial acumen, marketing orientation and strong self-motivation
Possess good communication and analytical skills

MANAGER Special Asset Management (Code: JS MGR SAM SUP – 10)
Responsibilities:
To manage a portfolio of underperforming assets by managing the asset quality through preparing and implementing recovery strategies to prevent losses and result in recoveries through refinancing, rescheduling, restructuring, or through litigation avenues.
Requirements:
Has working experience at corporate and/or commercial credit department
Familiar with lending system
Able to prepare spreading and financial analysis
Basic understanding of BI regulation and Indonesia legal enforcement in accordance of lending aspect
AM Compliance (Code : JD AM CMP – SUP 10)
Responsibility :
Reviewing, giving advices and signing off on changes to business practices and products, briefing the line manager on regulatory developments likely to affect the Bank s operations, and working with line management in developing new products to ensure that potential compliance issues are addressed at the product development stage;
Requirement:
Strong understanding and quick to learn on policy (Indonesia Law, all Bank Indonesia regulations, Capital Market Law and the guidelines and policies of the Group) and its implementation.
Ensure consistent effectiveness and efficiency of the department as well as ensuring all queries, reports, and other ad hoc projects are completed within timeframe.
Demonstrate creative, constructive and objective thinking in offering assistance to business lines in controlling compliance risks.
Excellent analytical skills with strong knowledge of banking products and services and ability to work under tight timeframes.
Excellent report writing and communication skills

AM Credit Underwriter – SME (Code : JD AM CU SME – CBA 10)
Responsibility:
Ensuring the quality of the credit portfolio to be maintained within the parameters specified under the Business Banking policy parameters, and under Group and Local Credit Policy, as well as business strategy
Requirement:
Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable university – majoring in Accounting / Finance will be preferred
Has minimum 3 years working experience, with at least a year exposure in Financial / Banking institution
Has some exposure in corporate product and system would be an advantage
Has standard knowledge of credit application process
Has some knowledge on economic indicators and awareness on industry sectors
Able to maintain good quality output under pressure condition and tight deadline
Good in numbers, meticulous and willing to learn
Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude
Demonstrate high degree of integrity
