Key Responsibilities:

High quality analysis including business process and system analysis.
Liaising with all internal departments to gain feedback and provide
solutions to any issues identified during their daily transaction.
Regularly review existing process flow to ensure the most effective and efficient process has been put in place.
Involve in reviewing and designing the new process flow of any new product or service
Business project involvement as the representative from the Operation at any projects arise

Promote risk and control awareness and compliance requirement through out the Bank Operation Division.
Minimize financial loss to the bank by implementing effective internal policy & procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Economic or Finance from reputable university
Minimum 1 (one) year experience in Banking Operations
Having good knowledge of Banking Products, Processes and System
Excellent analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
Good communication and people management as well as interpersonal skills
Demonstrate high service attitude
Proactive, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Outstanding PC skill on Microsoft Office and proficiency in written and spoken English
