Responsible for the implementation process of credit
disbursement
Having a good financial analysis capability
Have the ability to review loan applications
Account Officer (AO)
Responsible for achieving targets new customers
Develop and maintain a healthy loan portfolio
Having the ability to establish rapport with customers
Having a wide networking
Special Qualifications:
Male / Female
D3/S1 minimum GPA of 2.5
Maximum Age: 30 years
Have the skills to use computers

Needs:
Unit Manager (UM)
Responsible for the operational units according to the procedure of Micro Financing
Reviewing and making credit decisions
Have the ability to analyze the potential of a region
Having the ability to build a healthy business portfolio
Having experience at least 1 (one) year as a micro business unit manager or experienced at least 3 (three) years as a sales or credit officer
Derived from the local area (preferred)
Special Qualifications:
Male / Female
D3/S1 minimum GPA of 2.5
Maximum Age: 35 years
